Upcoming test campaigns with different WAVY models will take place in Portugal, Ireland and Spain. MELOA will soon be inviting scientists and the general public alike, to demonstrate the usefulness and benefits of using these surface drifters, for instance, how the WAVY Littoral can help increase the safety at sea during the summer season, or to provide crucial answers to prominent questions in science. If you would like to participate in our WAVY test campaigns, please contact us.
MELOA is planning to attend several international conferences and workshops. Some of the confirmed participations include the Ocean Business 2019 (Southampton, UK), and MarineTech 2019 (Lisbon, Portugal). We will also be celebrating the Citizen Science Day, with several activities aiming at promoting the citizens' contribution to research, to tackle society challenges.
